Be welcoming
Respect every pace, body, background, language and ability. No harassment, discrimination, threats or pressure to run beyond someone’s comfort.
Protect privacy
Never expose phone numbers, addresses, medical information or another person’s photos without permission. Direct messaging is restricted by default; there is no global open feed.
Keep channels useful
Club and event chats are for meeting details and community conversation. Announcements are organiser-only. No spam, unsafe advice or misleading sponsorship claims.
Report and appeal
Report messages or concerns for human review. Block, mute or leave when needed. Organisers and admins moderate. Attendance corrections and moderation appeals can be requested without public argument.
